Boats are subject to measure LOA including swim platform, attached dinghy, outboard engine, and bow spirit.
There is a 30’ minimum charge. Dinghies hanging from the back of the boat will be measured and added to the length of the boat.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Boats To 49'
Deposit is last night of reservation and is refundable only if notice is provided 7 days prior to arrival date - no refunds on early departures or late arrivals. A $25 administrative fee will be charged on returned deposits.
Boats 50' to 69'
Deposit is last two nights of reservation, and is refundable only if notice is provided 7 days prior to arrival date - no refund on early departure or late arrival. A $25 administrative fee will be charged on returned deposits.
Boats 70' and Over
Deposit is first 2 nights and last night of reservation and is refundable only if notice is provided 7 days prior to arrival date - no refund on early departure or late arrival. A $25 administrative fee will be charged on return deposits.
