Approach the mouth of the Kennebunk River from the sea buoy G1, and head for the breakwater, past Can #3 and Can #5. Once inside the breakwater, follow the river ½ mile. Chicks is to your starboard, off Can #13.
The Kennebunk river was dredged in 2005 to a depth at low tide of 8' at the entrance and 6' approximately 1/4 mile into the river.
The middle of the river is the town line between Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. You'll see inns, waterfront restaurants, marinas, and boats.
